Paired with Siemens Industrial Communication based on PROFINET for stationaty components and Industrial Wireless Communication for mobile units we design, manufacture and programm first class automation systems for all applications and project sizes.
Sensor Technology
Sensor technology is another key factor for the operation and safety of complex systems like concrete elements factories. All sensor we use are of German brands and fit perfectly to the drive technology and the control system with its industrial communication capabilities. Outstanding examples arre laser sensors for the positioning of mobile systems like finger cars or light curtains to protect the access to hazardous areas.
Drive Technology
Save and stable communication between the control system and the single components is essential for the undisturbed operation of a plant, especially with distributed machines and equipment.
ARTEK uses Siemens PROFINET system for the communication with stationary components and SIEMENS Indistrial Wireless Communication with mobile devices like finger car (upper and/or lower car) or pallet buffer car.
Operator Interfaces
We design the operator interface, which fits perfectly to the plant components and the processes. The visualisation of the equipment and the operation can either be software based (Siemens WinCC), installed on a Personal Computer, a dedicated Operator Panel, or even a remote control device. The operator interface is translated to the customers language, and covers all safety aspects. The operator interface is also the base for online services via internet connection.
